Beverly Richards is a paralegal with the firm. Ms. Richards works in conjunction with the attorneys to prepare leases, amendments, and ancillary lease documents. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Richards was a lease administrator at Sterling Organization, a private equity company specializing in commercial real estate management and investments. Previously, Ms. Richards worked as a transaction coordinator for a short-line railroad company where she investigated right-of-way violations and managed all aspects of railroad right-of-way and ground leasing transactions. While working full time, Ms. Richards attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Outside of the office, Beverly enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, and traveling.
