Caitlin F. Steiger is an attorney with the firm. She handles a wide variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, development transactions, ground and space leases, and construction agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Steiger was in private practice as a real estate attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. She graduated from University of North Carolina in 2006 where she was a Robertson Scholar. Ms. Steiger received a law degree from the University of Washington in 2011. She has represented private equity funds and other institutional real estate owners and investors across all real estate asset classes, including retail, industrial, office, and hospitality. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Carolina Center for Jewish Studies at the University of North Carolina. Ms. Steiger is a member of the Florida Bar.
