David B. Currie

David B. Currie is an attorney at the firm with more than thirty years of experience as a real estate attorney. His practice includes all aspects of real estate, including development, debt and equity acquisitions and dispositions, financings, loan workouts and foreclosures, leasing, and joint ventures. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Currie was a partner in the real estate practice group of Choate, Hall & Stewart in Boston, Massachusetts, and served as General Counsel for a national real estate private equity investment firm and a publicly traded senior housing developer and operator. He received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1985 and his law degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 1988, where he was a Senior Editor of the Cornell Law Review. Mr. Currie is a member of ICSC and NAIOP, where he is a member of its National Trends in Real Estate Development IV Forum. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America.
