Lawrence J. Diamond is a partner in the firm with more than twenty five years of experience in commercial real estate law. Mr. Diamond handles a wide variety of real estate matters, with a focus on the acquisition, development and leasing of retail properties. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Diamond was General Counsel to Rendina Companies, a national real estate development company, where he had legal responsibilities for over $1.5 billion in transactions involving more than three million square feet of office, retail and mixed-use projects. Previously, Mr. Diamond was in private practice for several years as a real estate attorney with Gunster in West Palm Beach as well as Schulte, Roth & Zabel in New York City. Before practicing law, Mr. Diamond was a certified public accountant in New York City with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of New York University, B.S., 1986, and Fordham University School of Law, J.D., 1991. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the New York Bar.
