Nicole A. Turko is an attorney with the firm. She focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate sales and acquisitions and related transactions, as well as commercial leasing and property management. Over the course of her career, Ms. Turko has developed wide-ranging expertise in real estate contract and commercial lease negotiation and drafting, with specialized in-depth knowledge of the acquisition and leasing of telecommunications facilities, including cell phone towers.
