Nina D. Finn

Nina D. Finn is a paralegal with the firm with more than twenty years of experience in transactions. She assists in a wide variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, development, dispositions, and financings. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Finn was a business paralegal in the Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a multi-practice law firm where she assisted the real estate, corporate and transactional practice groups in due diligence and closing-related matters with a focus in institutional lending, business transactions and corporate governance. Previously, Ms. Finn worked as a licensed title officer and closing agent for a national title agency in New York. While attending college full-time, Ms. Finn worked as a legal assistant for a solo practitioner who specialized in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Ms. Finn graduated cum laude from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics. Ms. Finn is also an ABA accredited paralegal.
