Samantha W. Bohn is a paralegal with the firm, responsible for reviewing due diligence, drafting documents, and assisting with complex real estate transactions including financing. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bohn worked as a CRE paralegal at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton handling transactions from start to finish and assisting with real estate due diligence review and document drafting for multimillion-dollar Mergers and Acquisitions transactions. Previously, Ms. Bohn worked as a Capital Markets paralegal at Womble Bond Dickinson assisting lenders with the real estate component of various tax credit transactions and the acquisition of multiple low-income housing projects. Ms. Bohn started her career as a commercial real estate paralegal at the North Carolina law firm, Weatherspoon & Voltz. Ms. Bohn graduated cum laude from NCSU with a bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature and a minor in Sociology. She graduated from the Meredith College ABA-approved paralegal program and became a North Carolina certified paralegal. When Ms. Bohn is not in the office, she enjoys riding horses, spending time with her cat, attending CLEs, and is dedicated to Crossfit.
