Sandra H. Ransdell is an attorney with the firm. Her practice focuses on commercial leasing, real estate financing, real estate purchase and sale transactions, and commercial development. She has experience representing various types of businesses including national and regional banks, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, public corporations, and real estate development and management firms in all aspects of real estate transactions. Sandra obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 2002, and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2010. After law school she served as law clerk to the Honorable Alexander L. Paskay and the Honorable Caryl E. Delano, United States Bankruptcy Judges for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Sandra was in private practice as a commercial real estate attorney with Hill, Ward & Henderson, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. Outside the office, Sandra enjoys travelling, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
