Tamara Lamb is a leasing paralegal in the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Tamara worked as property manager and real estate paralegal specializing in tenant commercial real estate tracking, drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, estoppels, SNDA’s, other agreements, and correspondence for the leases lifecycle as well as managing and resolving landlord tenant disputes at the in-house legal department of P.F. Chang’s/Pei Wei. Previously, as part of the executive team, Tamara managed the legal affairs comprising of the commercial real estate retail leasing, contracts, corporate records, and worldwide trademarks for the USA division of Toni & Guy Salons, Hairdressing Academy, and TIGI/Bed Head hair care products manufacturing and distribution companies. Tamara also worked at the law firm of Cooley Godward based in San Francisco, California, as a legal assistant to the business practice groups of initial public offerings and mergers and acquisition where she assisted with due diligence, document production, transactions, and closings. While working full time, Tamara completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University and obtained a paralegal certification from Brown College. Outside of the office, Tamara enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and sightseeing.
