Tamara E. Lamb is a paralegal in the firm responsible for drafting leases, amendments, waivers, updating abstracts and forms, researching REA and OEA prohibited uses, record keeping, and managing the lease process through to execution. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lamb worked as property manager and real estate paralegal specializing in tenant commercial real estate supporting the documentation required throughout the lifecycle of a lease as well as managing and resolving landlord-tenant disputes at P.F. Chang’s/Pei Wei. Previously, as part of the executive management team, Tamara managed the legal affairs for the USA division of Toni & Guy Salons, Hairdressing Academy, and TIGI/Bed Head hair care products. Tamara has also worked at the law firm of Cooley Godward based in San Francisco, California, as a legal assistant to the IPO’s and M&A’s business practice groups where she assisted with due diligence, document production, transactions, and closings. While working full time, Tamara completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University and obtained a paralegal certification from Brown College. Outside of the office, Tamara enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and sightseeing.
